On-Call Healthcare SaaS Solution Architect

QGenda seeks an On-Call Solution Architect in Atlanta to drive implementation and training for enterprise customers. You will configure the On-Call product to customer goals and guide teams to stabilize and achieve self-sufficiency, ensuring a successful go-live and renewal.
Ideal candidates have 3–4 years in SaaS/software implementations, strong CRM experience (Salesforce), and the ability to travel for customer meetings across the US. This role supports a collaborative CX/SA environment.
