Logistics CoordinatorThis role is aligned to the Coffee Operating Unit Location: 6135 Anderson Mill Rd, Moore, South Carolina, 29369 Shift & Schedule: Nights Coverage Scheduling Flexibility: This position will cover night shifts based on business needs. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed is required. Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Moore, SC. In this essential role, you'll oversee the daily movement of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring accuracy, safety, and timeliness. You'll work cross-functionally in a fast-paced warehouse environment and contribute to continuous improvement and team development efforts.What You'll DoCoordinate team workloads and daily priorities across shiftsOptimize dock schedules with Logistics Specialists and provide coverage as neededManage inbound and outbound shipments for raw materials and finished goodsPerform inventory audits and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with Inventory ControlPartner with Quality on non-conforming material containment and release processesCommunicate shipment updates across teams and shiftsGenerate reports using SAP, MES, Excel, Ryder, and Dock SchedulerLead Safety and Quality Gembas, 5S audits, and document improvement opportunitiesMaintain standard work documentation and team training matricesOperate powered industrial trucks (PIT) as needed to support operationsCoach and train team members; escalate issues to leadership when necessarySupport continuous improvement initiatives, including RCCA and 5S eventsEnsure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirementsTotal Rewards: Starting pay: $26.36 per hour.
