Peters Brothers, Inc. is hiring CDL A Regional/OTR Reefer Drivers in Jefferson, WI. Drivers will be hauling refrigerated freight in 53 ft multi-zone temperature trailers throughout the United States. Come join the family!Compensation Average annual pay: $85,000 to $95,000 Top drivers earn $100,000+ Starting 61½ CPM (Includes 9½ CPM Per Diem Pay) Average of 2,700 miles weekly Paid practical miles using PC Miler, paid for all miles Additional Pay: Layover pay: $150 Stop pay: $30 for each stop Detention pay: $30 per hour after first hour Seniority pay increase Bonuses: Quarterly Safety Bonus: $150 each quarter End of Year Safety Bonus Quarterly Fuel Bonus: 1-7 CPM Clean DOT Inspection Bonus: $125 for any inspection level Referral bonus: $4,500 paid in 3 installments of $1,500 within 90 days Paid via direct deposit bi-weeklyBenefits & Perks Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance available on first day!
