SCHOOL BUS DRIVER
Tri-Village Local School District is seeking a School Bus Driver. The ideal candidate will meet health requirements, be a United States Citizen, possess a high school diploma, and have a valid Ohio driver's license. Additional requirements include obtaining a P, and S endorsement and a CDL, attending School Bus Driver Certification Classes, and meeting local or state standards for driver record check. The position reports to the Transportation Supervisor or their designee.
The job goal is to provide safe and efficient transportation so that students may enjoy the fullest possible advantage from the District's curricular and extracurricular programs.
Performance responsibilities include conducting pre-trip inspections, using established routes, operating the bus on schedule, obeying traffic laws, maintaining discipline, reporting accidents and injuries, conducting emergency evacuation drills, instructing riders, and reporting undisciplined students.
