We're looking for an inspiring Guest Services Manager to lead our Front Office and Valet teams. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for someone who is passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring every arrival and departure leaves a lasting impression.
About the Role:
As Guest Services Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day operation of the Front Office and Valet teams, ensuring seamless service, operational excellence, and memorable guest experiences. You'll coach and develop your team, maintain luxury service standards, and collaborate across departments to deliver an intuitive and personalised stay for every guest. The salary for this role is $85,000-100,000 annually + incentive bonus.
What You'll Bring
- A minimum of 2 years' leadership experience within Front Office or Valet operations in a luxury or upscale hotel.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
- Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Experience with hotel property management systems (HMS experience preferred).
- A collaborative, hands-on approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced luxury environment.
