We work as a team and we’re proud of the difference we make to customers, to local communities, and towards a sustainable future for the world.We are hiring immediately for a Business Performance Lead in Houston, TX - a role that is critical in making sure our customers get the electricity, heating and cooling they need.This role will be focused on developing commercial/pricing strategies for a portfolio of current and future products across targeted customer/market segmentsHere are some of the perks and rewards.* Work in a local service center or remote* Competitive compensation and bonus structure* No premium cost medical plan option available* Paid training programs and tuition reimbursement.* Sales career growth potential in expertise, leadership and across territories* Safety-focused culture**What you’ll do:*** Set up, validate and report on pricing, including recommending price changes.* Identify opportunities and recommend refinements to pricing, competitive match levels, rounding rules and attribute premiums.* Analyze price relationships between products, customers, sectors, Sales Team.* Development and production of reporting and analysis.* Monitor and report on profitability of projects.* Data mining, analyzation of data to reinforce pricing decisions.* Accountable for validating pricing in Salesforce CPQ.* Identify opportunities & recommend refinements to pricing zones & competitive match levels* Provision of Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Price Reporting.* Analyze price relationships between products, customers, sectors, Sales Team.* Collaborate with senior management to implement new pricing initiatives.**We’re experts, which means you’ll have the following skills and experience:*** Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, or a related field* 5+ years of experience in contracts management, preferably supporting procurement or supply chain functions in the energy, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.* Strong working knowledge of pricing, data analytics and procurement-related subject matter.* Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex agreements with suppliers and service providers.* Familiarity with energy or power generation industry is highly desirable.* Proficiency in excel. Power BI, Salesforce and Tableau knowledge a plus* Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and stakeholder communication.We recruit the best talent.
