Brand Graphic Designer (Contractor)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Brand Graphic Designer (Contractor) based in United States.

The Brand Graphic Designer will support B2B marketing initiatives by creating polished, engaging visual communications across a range of client accounts. This role combines editorial design, brand systems, campaign creative, and data visualization to turn complex ideas into clear and compelling content. You will work extensively on long-form assets such as eBooks, whitepapers, case studies, one-pagers, and presentation decks. The position also involves developing digital and print creative for integrated campaigns and translating technical concepts into accessible visual experiences. Working independently in a fully remote environment, you will collaborate closely with strategy, creative, account management, and project management teams. This is an opportunity to make a direct visual impact while working across varied B2B brands and marketing challenges.

• Design high-impact B2B marketing collateral, with a strong focus on multi-page editorial assets such as eBooks, whitepapers, one-pagers, case studies, reports, and presentation decks.
• Build and maintain scalable Adobe InDesign templates, including master pages, character and paragraph styles, grid systems, and other visual frameworks.
• Create digital and print creative for integrated marketing campaigns, including social media assets, advertising graphics, and website visuals.
• Translate complex technical concepts, product workflows, and data insights into clear custom illustrations, infographics, and other visual assets.
• Advise internal teams and clients during creative meetings and feedback sessions, recommending design approaches that support campaign strategies and business objectives.
• Collaborate with account managers, designers, and other cross-functional stakeholders to interpret creative briefs, incorporate feedback, and deliver production-ready assets.
• Maintain strong visual consistency, brand integrity, and production quality across multiple client accounts and deliverables.
• Adapt quickly to different client brand guidelines, design systems, technical specifications, and project requirements.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines independently while maintaining a high standard of creative execution.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of graphic design experience in a B2B, agency, technology-focused, freelance, or contract environment.
• Proven expertise in editorial and layout design for digital publications, including eBooks, whitepapers, reports, one-pagers, and similar long-form content.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe InDesign, including master pages, style sheets, grid systems, and document template development.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
• Portfolio demonstrating B2B technology-focused brand campaigns, editorial design, and data visualization.
• Ability to translate complex technical information into visually engaging and easily understood creative assets.
• Strong client-facing communication skills, with the confidence to present creative concepts, explain design decisions, and incorporate feedback constructively.
• Highly organized and self-directed, with the ability to prioritize overlapping projects and manage deadlines in a remote environment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with creative, strategy, account management, and project management teams.
• Availability to align working hours with North American Eastern Time for project check-ins and client feedback sessions.
• Ability to provide and maintain a professional workstation and required hardware.
• Ability to maintain active licenses for required design software, including Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
