Job Title: Pharmacy Tech I – Filling (Fulfillment / Picking & Packing) Payrate: $20.14 an hr Company: A-Line Staffing Solutions Location: Redlands, CA 92374 (On-site) Job Type: Temporary (W2) — ~13 weeks (through Sep 5, 2026 ) Start: Week of June 8, 2026 Openings: 2 Schedule: Mon–Thu 12:00 PM–9:00 PM | Fri 10:30 AM–7:30 PM (40 hrs/week) Category: Safety-sensitive role Job Summary Under the direct supervision of a pharmacist, you will select, pick, and package medications and supplies in preparation for shipment to patients. You’ll also support recordkeeping and inventory control processes. This is a highly physical role in a production/warehouse-style pharmacy environment (conveyor belts/machinery). What You’ll Do Pick and package medications and supplies for patient shipments Perform required recordkeeping and documentation Assist with inventory control processes as needed Cross-train and assist with Materials Coordinator duties as needed Required Qualifications Active California Pharmacy Technician License (required) (national certification alone is not accepted) Verifiable High School Diploma or GED Able to work the scheduled shift consistently Physical & Work Environment Requirements (Must Be Able To) Stand/walk for 8–10 hours per shift Repeatedly lift 5–10 lbs throughout shift Occasionally lift up to 50–70 lbs (required; ~5–10% of the workday) Work near moving machinery (e.g., conveyor belts); moderate noise level Wear protective equipment/clothing if required Benefits Benefits available to full-time employees after 90 days 401(k) with company match available after 1 year of service How to Apply Apply now.
