U.S. Citizen or authorized alien 2. High School Diploma or its equivalent 3. Minimum Age - 21 Years 4. CDL Physical examination required, including TB test 5. Must pass a criminal background investigation and drug screen. 6. CDL License 7. Acceptable Driving Record (MVR) 8. Successful completion of Psycho-physical examination 9. Successfully pass post-employment random alcohol and substance abuse testing 10. Successful completion of 40 hours of pre-inservice training including SBD, DDC, and First Aid Course including CPR a. 10 hours behind the wheel training b. 30 hours of classroom training 11. Successful completion of 8 hours of annual in-service and re-certification by the Ouachita Parish School Board and the Louisiana Department of Education 12.
