Must be able to perform a leak test. Operates hand and power tools to complete assemblies. Reads and interprets work instructions to ensure accuracy of work performed. Interacts with management and team members to encourage effective communication on the production floor. Performs standard testing and minor troubleshooting. Ensures quality standards are met throughout all steps of the assembly process. Performs other duties as required. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Experience Requirements 1+ years of experience assembling mechanical, electrical, or manufactured products using hand and power tools. Ability to read blueprints, assembly drawings, work instructions, or technical documentation. Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent attention to detail. Ability to accurately use measuring devices and maintain quality standards. Commitment to workplace safety, quality workmanship, and productivity. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds. Manual dexterity to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment. Ability to maintain focus while performing detailed assembly work in a manufacturing environment.
