Overview The RN or LPN at Adams Heritage plays a vital role in providing person-centered nursing care, working closely with the healthcare team to ensure residents' safety, comfort, and independence. They participate in resident and family education, oversee planning, implementing, and documenting nursing care, and administer medications within their scope of practice. The position requires strong communication skills, leadership ability, and the capacity to manage a nursing unit during night shifts, making critical decisions collaboratively to support resident well-being in alignment with the facility's mission and standards. This position is eligible for a sign-on bonus - RN: $20,000 / LPN: $12,000 Eligible for medical coverage on your first day of employment, all other benefits will be effective the 1st of the month following hire date! Responsibilities The RN or LPN provides direct nursing care, coordinates with the healthcare team, and ensures compliance with facility policies and standards. Responsibilities include supervising nursing staff during night shifts, ensuring resident safety, administering medications within scope of practice, and documenting care plans and progress. Qualifications Valid RN or LPN license in the State of Indiana BLS/CPR Certification Required 40 hours per week – First Shift Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM Senior Living Nursing Experience Preferred Licenses & Certifications Licensed Practical Nurse Registered Nurse Benefits Equal Opportunity Employer.
