Assembly

WorkSource is currently seeking a skilled, detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our team in the Greenwood area. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling products accurately and efficiently while ensuring all quality and performance standards are met. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to follow assembly instructions, and a commitment to producing high-quality work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow detailed assembly instructions and blueprints to accurately assemble components and parts.
• Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure all products meet strict quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area to support efficient production.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in an assembly or manufacturing role.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with hand tools and basic power tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
