The Panther Group is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Advanced Assemblers to join our team supporting a leading electronic systems manufacturer in Hudson, NH. This is a great opportunity for candidates with mechanical assembly experience who enjoy hands-on work in a manufacturing environment.

This position involves assembling and disassembling mechanical subassemblies and systems using hand and power tools while following detailed work instructions and process documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and disassemble mechanical subassemblies and systems according to detailed work instructions.
• Perform mechanical assembly using a variety of standard and specialized hand and power tools.
• Follow process sheets, assembly instructions, and established procedures to ensure accurate and consistent workmanship.
• Install and maneuver small mechanical components requiring strong hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills.
• Perform minor repairs and adjustments as directed.
• Use precision and care when working with small parts and components.
• Perform repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining consistent quality and attention to detail.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety, quality, and production procedures.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• High school or trade school education required.
• Previous mechanical assembly, manufacturing, production, or similar hands-on experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Good fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to work with small parts and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to read and follow detailed written instructions and process documentation.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

Pay up to $31.93 per hour DOE
