This role is responsible for driving the adoption of observability, security automation, infrastructure automation, cloud engineering, and CI/CD practices. You will define and execute the strategy for these capabilities, partnering closely with product and engineering teams. You will establish meaningful KPIs, improve visibility into system health and performance, and proactively identify and mitigate operational risks. Working closely with product teams, you will understand business and technology needs and implement solutions that enhance application reliability, availability, and delivery speed.Lead initiatives that improve the reliability, availability, scalability, performance, and operational efficiency of systems and applications across the Digital organization.Define and execute the SRE and DevSecOps strategy, driving the adoption of observability, security automation, infrastructure automation, cloud engineering, and CI/CD practices to improve service quality and delivery speed.Establish proactive monitoring and risk management practices that identify reliability issues early and reduce service disruptions and downtime.Lead and develop a team of SRE, DevSecOps, and Cloud engineers by setting clear goals, providing coaching, and building a culture of accountability, automation, and continuous improvement.Define and track KPIs for system health, availability, performance, and delivery effectiveness, providing actionable insights that drive continuous improvement and informed decision-making.Partner with product and engineering teams to embed reliability, security, and operational excellence into application design, development, and support processes.Build strong partnerships across product, engineering, and business teams to align priorities, influence decisions, and drive initiatives that deliver measurable business value.Foster collaboration, communicate strategy and results to senior leaders.Lead teams through influence, trust, and effective problem solving.Perform other duties as assignedConform with all company policies and proceduresFull timePosting Date: 2026-08-18
