Architectural Project Manager

The Project Manager will oversee a $20M historic renovation project, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and quality standards. This role requires expertise in construction management and a focus on delivering exceptional results in a dynamic environment. About the client: Office in Scarborough, ME Projects throughout New England but primarily in Maine Established in 2015 Markets Served: Corporate Commercial, Retail, Mutlifamily, Historic Renovation, and Institutional Education up to $20M Description Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of the $20M historic renovation project. Ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget. Communicate effectively with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain alignment. Monitor construction progress and resolve any challenges that arise. Maintain compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and management. Manage procurement of materials and ensure efficient resource allocation. Foster strong relationships with clients and project team members to ensure satisfaction.
