Engineer

Oxford Solutions is working with a client seeking an Engineer to support operations, maintenance, and reliability efforts within an industrial power environment. This role offers a blend of troubleshooting, project support, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and system issues
Provide technical support to operations and maintenance teams
Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
Assist with planning and execution of projects and outages
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
5+ years of experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or power environment preferred
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Project experience is a plus

This is a fully onsite role offering exposure to complex systems and the opportunity to contribute to plant performance and reliability.
