Project Manager - Electrical

We provide services across civil, landscape architecture, structural, traffic, wireless, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and broadband engineering. Job Summary We are looking for a talented Electrical Engineer to design, develop, test, and oversee electrical equipment and systems. The role requires strong electrical engineering principles, problem‑solving, teamwork, and allows career growth. Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement electrical systems and components to meet project specifications and requirements. Conduct detailed electrical design analysis and calculations. Create and review technical drawings, specifications, and documentation for electrical systems and equipment. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems into final project design. Monitor installation of designed equipment/systems to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety codes. Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and safety regulations. Advise clients regarding electrical systems/requirements available to meet their needs and comply with safety codes. Evaluate deliverables and make recommendations for qualified resource needs. Proactively troubleshoot and resolve design issues. Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve design process. Participate in design reviews, project meetings, and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and other team members. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in buildings‑related design projects. Licensure: Professional Engineer (PE) license required. Skills Strong knowledge of electrical equipment design, ANSI, and IEEE Standards. Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to apply engineering principles to real‑world challenges. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Detail‑oriented with strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
