Restaurant Manager - High Volume Bar & Grill - Atlanta, Georgia
Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 + Benefits & Lucrative Bonus Plan

Are you a passionate and results-driven leader looking to take your career to new heights? Look no further! We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Restaurant Manager to take charge of our bustling full-service bar and grill located in the heart of Atlanta, Georgia.
A Day in the Life of a Restaurant General Manager:
Oversee daily operations, ensuring that our restaurant runs smoothly and delivers exceptional guest experiences
Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performance team, fostering a positive work environment that promotes growth and development
Monitor and analyze financial performance, driving initiatives to optimize profitability and operational efficiency
Collaborate with executive management, chefs, and the team to create innovative menus, promotions, and marketing strategies
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal standards, while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation

Requirements for Success:
At least 5 years of high-volume, full-service restaurant management experience
Proven track record in successfully leading and growing restaurant revenues and profitability
Strong analytical, technical, and communication skills, with the ability to make effective decisions under pressure
Excellence in problem-solving, multitasking, and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment
Mastery of restaurant operational systems, budgeting, and financial analysis
Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and fostering a positive, team-oriented work environment
Robust understanding of food and beverage trends, marketing best practices, and restaurant competitive analysis
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
