What You'll Do
- Evaluate patients' physical and cognitive abilities to determine therapy needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for inpatient recovery
- Assist patients in regaining daily living skills
- Monitor and document patient progress and modify therapy as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care
- Educate patients and families on therapy goals and strategies
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
What You Need
- Valid Occupational Therapist license for Michigan
- 1+ years of inpatient therapy experience preferred
- Strong assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
