Sr. Manager - North American Delivery

Responsibilities Key Leadership & NA Operations Direct leadership of all NA Delivery personnel across the ProServe and Managed Services business units. Accountable for achieving regional billable utilization targets and maintaining superior delivery quality. Partner closely with Solutions Architecture to perform "deployability" reviews and ensure proposed architectures are operationally sound and implementable. Collaborate to integrate and manage offshore resources to lower total cost to deliver while maintaining high‑quality output. Lead the charge in using AI and automation to lower delivery costs and increase speed‑to‑market. Bridge the gap between project‑based builds and long‑term managed support, ensuring operational readiness for Day Two. Migration & Implementation Authority Act as strategic lead for all North American migration engagements and navigate complex data centre exits and cloud‑to‑cloud transformations. Leverage AWS Migration Acceleration Program (MAP) and Optimization and Licensing Assessments (OLA) to streamline migration funding and technical execution. Drive the use of industry‑leading migration platforms, specifically Matilda Cloud, to accelerate discovery and migration workstreams. Oversee implementation of cloud‑native principles (IaC, Kubernetes, Serverless) to ensure scalable, automated, and maintainable client environments. Qualifications Expertise you bring 10‑12 years in engineering and cloud architecture, with at least 5 years of management experience overseeing multi‑disciplinary implementation teams. Proven leadership in managing large, distributed teams delivering cloud operations across AWS/GCP/Azure. Strong knowledge of AWS MAP requirements, OLA processes, and migration automation tooling such as Matilda Cloud. Track record of meeting or exceeding utilization targets and delivery KPIs in professional services. Experience working with offshore teams to optimize costs while maintaining quality and security. Expertise in translating high‑level architectural designs into actionable engineering workstreams. Strategic communication skills facilitating dialogue between engineering teams and non‑technical C‑level stakeholders. Ability to dissect complex SOWs to identify hidden risks in resourcing or skill requirements. Proactive, hands‑on mindset to serve as escalation point for complex delivery issues. Education and Certifications (Preferred) Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or Engineering. ITIL 4 Managing Professional (MP) or Strategic Leader (SL) highly preferred. PMP or equivalent resource‑management certification required or strongly preferred. Foundational certifications in at least two CSPs (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
