Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain process maps, project plans, and tracking systems
- Analyze project data and deliver actionable recommendations
- Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance and efficiency
- Support SKU setup and process improvement projects
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, demonstrating superior communication skills
- Organize, plan, and prioritize multiple assignments with attention to detail
- Adapt quickly to change and shifting project priorities

Required Skills and Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Biology, Chemistry, or related life sciences
- 2+ years of project management experience in a professional office setting
- Exceptional written and verbal communication proficiency
- Demonstrated organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, logical, and common-sense approach to task management
- Proficient with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and database systems
- Ability to remain focused and handle multiple responsibilities effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional team collaboration

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of biological technologies such as cell biology, gene editing, genetic engineering, or stem cell biology
- Experience with process improvement methodologies
