Driver

Locations: Elk Grove, CA

Job Summary

We are seeking dependable and compassionate Drivers to provide safe and reliable transportation services for individuals. Drivers play a vital role in ensuring students arrive safely to and from school while maintaining a positive, supportive, and professional environment.

Responsibilities

Follow assigned routes and schedules.
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional vehicle environment.
Comply with all traffic laws, company policies, and transportation regulations.
Complete required documentation and reports accurately.
Report incidents, accidents, safety concerns, or vehicle maintenance issues promptly.
Provide excellent customer service to students, parents, and school staff.
Door-to-Door Assistance: Physically assist individuals from their homes into the vehicle and safely into their medical destination.

Qualifications

Valid California Class C Driver's License required.
Clean driving record required.
Ability to pass background checks and other required screenings.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility aids like wheelchairs.
Okay with a split shift set up (6:45am to 10:45am and 1:00pm to 4:00pm)

Preferred Qualifications

Commercial driving experience.
CDL license is a plus but not required.
Customer service experience.
