Location: Central Nursing Home Chicago, IL Shifts Available: 12:00 AM 8:30 AM (NOC Shift) Next Day Pay Available!

If you're an LPN who takes pride in compassionate care, collaborative teamwork, and making a meaningful difference every shiftyou belong at Central Nursing Home. We're currently seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our evening shift care team.
Under the guidance of our Director of Nursing, you'll play a crucial leadership rolecaring for residents, supporting CNAs, and helping shape a safe, respectful, and person-centered environment.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Delivering safe, high-quality nursing care to residents
- Administering medications and treatments per orders and protocols
- Monitoring resident health and recognizing significant changes
- Overseeing CNAs and ensuring proper delegation of duties
- Creating and updating care plans with precision and empathy
- Documenting resident care clearly and thoroughly
- Supporting a positive, respectful environment for staff and residents
- Collaborating with the DON/ADON and interdisciplinary team
What We're Looking For:
- Valid LPN license in the State of Illinois
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Compassionate, professional, and reliable caregivers
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Ability to supervise, delegate, and lead a team
- Dedication to resident dignity and quality of care
- Must meet standard health and background requirements
- No abuse convictions
Work Setting:
- Skilled Nursing Facility | Long-Term Care
- 12:00 AM 8:30 AM (NOC Shift)
- Monday to Friday | Rotating Weekends | Weekend Availability
