Leading the design and development of backend services and APIs, the full-time remote Senior Golang Developer will enhance and create software for banking services while mentoring junior developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Lead the design, development, and implementation of software applications to support business goals Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to enhance team capabilities Required qualifications 6+ years of experience in software development 3+ years of experience in Golang, Java, C, C#, C++, or similar programming languages 3+ years of experience in SQL databases 3+ years of experience in RESTful services, Swagger, JSON data interchange, and GIT 3+ years of experience with Agile methodologies
