Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) / Pharmacy Manager to oversee the daily operations, clinical services, and regulatory compliance of an on-site pharmacy within a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in the Bronx, NY.

• Location: Bronx, NY 10458

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (no weekends or federal holidays!)
\n
• Salary: 131,040–139,360 annually, negotiable based on qualifications
\n

Key Responsibilities:

\n
• Oversee all pharmacy operations, clinical services, and regulatory compliance.
\n
• Ensure adherence to State Board of Pharmacy regulations, DEA requirements, HRSA Health Center Program standards, and applicable federal and state laws.
\n
• Oversee compliance with the federal 340B Drug Pricing Program.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary primary care teams to improve medication access and patient outcomes.
\n
• Help reduce financial barriers to medications for vulnerable and underserved patient populations.
\n
• Support and provide comprehensive medication management (CMM) and medication therapy management (MTM) services.
\n
• Maintain rigorous quality assurance, medication safety, and pharmacy practice standards.
\n
• Lead pharmacy operations, support staff development, and promote efficient workflows.
\n
• Contribute to pharmacy growth strategies, community health initiatives, and relationship management as needed.
\n

Required Qualifications:

\n
• Minimum of 5 years of pharmacist experience.
\n
• Experience in a retail, community, or health center pharmacy setting.
\n
• Strong understanding of pharmacy operations, patient care, and regulatory requirements.
\n

Preferred Qualifications:

\n
• 3+ years of pharmacy management or leadership experience.
\n
• Clinical pharmacist experience.
\n
• Familiarity with the 340B Drug Pricing Program; this is a plus, but not required.
\n
• Current immunization certification preferred.
\n
• Experience with pharmacy growth strategy, client relationship management, or community health initiatives is a plus.
\n

Schedule + Compensation:

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM.
\n
• Work-Life Balance: No nights or weekends; closed on most federal holidays.
\n
• Salary Range: 131,040–139,360 annually.
\n
