What You’ll Be Doing: As a Line Cook at Eugene's Hot Chicken, you’ll play a key role in delivering the flavorful dishes our customers love. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing and cooking menu items according to our recipes and quality standards. Ensuring food is cooked and presented in a timely manner. Maintaining a clean and organized workstation throughout your shift. Following food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times. Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service. What We’re Looking For: We’re searching for someone who brings both skill and enthusiasm to the table. Here’s what we’d love to see: At least 1 year of experience working as a Line Cook or in a similar kitchen role. A strong understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment. The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A team-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.
