Aspire Rural Health Systems is seeking a Respiratory Therapist in our Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation Department. We are looking for those with a great attitude to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals, constantly striving to provide the highest quality of services for our patients.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid state license to practice as a Respiratory Therapist.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
• Experience in a clinical setting, particularly in outpatient testing.

RESPONSIBILITIES: The primary purpose of this position is to provide logistical support for the operations of the Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation Department. The Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation Respiratory Therapist is responsible for assessing, educating, monitoring, and treating patients enrolled in pulmonary and/or cardiac rehabilitation programs. This role focuses on improving patients’ respiratory and cardiovascular health through individualized exercise programs, patient education, disease management, and interdisciplinary collaboration. The therapist promotes safe exercise participation, monitors patient response to therapy, and supports long-term lifestyle modification.
