Material Handling Specialist

Power/mation has an immediate opening for a full-time Material Handling Specialist at our Roseville, Minnesota location. This position is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and customer service in a fast-paced environment. Hours are Monday-Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm. Key Responsibilities Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately following FIFO principles Prepare domestic and international shipments within time standards Receive and verify inbound shipments; store inventory in proper locations Label and organize inventory; maintain accurate system records Resolve discrepancies and report damaged or nonconforming materials Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory processes Support walk-in customers and internal teams with order needs Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Assist with special projects and additional duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous shipping/receiving or warehouse experience preferred Experience using an ERP system; Epicor Profit21 (P21) preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Effective communication and teamwork skills Ability to learn products, systems, and warehouse operations Basic math skills Work Environment & Physical Requirements Warehouse setting with frequent standing and walking Ability to lift up to 75 lbs occasionally, 50 lbs frequently, and 20 lbs regularly Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and repetitive motion #J-18808-Ljbffr
