With a collaborative leadership team, modern manufacturing capabilities, and a people first culture, the company offers employees the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while advancing their careers within a high growth environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead the development and execution of company-wide food safety and quality assurance programs to ensure compliance and operational excellence.Oversee HACCP, preventive controls, audit readiness, and quality management systems across manufacturing facilities.Drive root cause investigations and corrective action initiatives to improve product quality, food safety performance, and process reliability.Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and R&D teams to identify risks, implement improvements, and strengthen quality standards.Develop, mentor, and lead Food Safety & Quality teams while promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.Key Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Food Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.10+ years of Food Safety and Quality experience, including leadership responsibility within a manufacturing environment.Strong knowledge of HACCP, FSMA, GFSI standards, regulatory compliance, and food safety management systems.Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.HACCP, PCQI, or other relevant food - safety certifications preferred.Benefits & Perks:Competitive base salary with performance-based bonus opportunity.Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.401(k) plan with company match.Generous paid time off and company recognized holidays.Career advancement opportunities within a growing organization.Take the Next Step.
