Luna Grill , a fast casual/QSR concept, is looking for energetic and hands-on Shift Leaders to inspire teams, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and keep our restaurants running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for those who love leading from the floor - not behind a desk.

Now, we're expanding our Dallas footprint - and we're looking for passionate leaders to help launch our up-and-coming location in Old East Dallas and bring our flavors to life.

What You'll Do

As a Shift Leader, you'll set the tone for the shift - leading your team, creating great guest moments, and ensuring every shift runs like clockwork.
• Lead by example while serving guests and supporting your team
• Act as the person in charge; handle daily operations, guest satisfaction, and team deployment
• Oversee front-of-house operations, ensuring a clean, efficient, and welcoming environment
• Deliver exceptional hospitality, resolve guest issues promptly, and make every visit a great experience
• Coach and motivate team members in real time to uphold Luna Grill's standards
• Support with inventory counts, shift recaps, and basic administrative tasks
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain service flow and food quality
• Maintain compliance with all safety, sanitation, and labor policies

What We're Looking For
• 2+ years of restaurant supervisory or leadership experience in a high-volume or fast-casual environment required
• Must be 18 years or older
• Strong communicator and problem solver
• Hands-on leader who leads by example
• Excellent at multitasking, organizing, and coaching under pressure
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays
