Hotel General Manager – Country Inn & Suites by Radisson (Dunn, NC)
We are seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead our Country Inn & Suites by Radisson in Dunn, NC. The GM will oversee all hotel operations, manage a team of 10–14 staff, and ensure strong performance in guest satisfaction, revenue, and brand standards.
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily hotel operations and guest service excellence.
- Drive revenue growth through sales and marketing efforts.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to maintain a high-performing team.
- Oversee financial reporting, accounts receivable, and cost controls.
- Ensure compliance with safety, brand, and quality standards.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years hotel management experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Choice Hotels brands highly desirable.
- Proven ability to manage a small team (10–14 employees).
