Your primary focus will be providing classroom support, with specific assistance to two students requiring individualized attention. Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional or classroom assistant preferred
• Comfortable with personal care duties, including toileting support
• Ability to foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with teachers and staff
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education a plus
• Dedication to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Responsibilities:

• Directly assist two students with daily classroom tasks and activities
• Provide toileting and personal care support as needed
• Implement teacher-directed strategies for academic and behavioral success
• Assist with movement and transitions within the class and school
• Support students’ social and emotional well-being
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow school policies
