Assistant Manager

Assistant Manager Starting at $20 per hour. We're looking for a motivated, dependable Assistant Manager who enjoys leading people, delivering great customer service, and helping run a successful restaurant. As an assistant manager, you'll work closely with the general manager to lead the team, maintain high operational standards and create a positive environment for both employees and customers. What You'll Do: Help lead day to day restaurant operations Coach, train, and develop crew members and managers Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness and food safety. Assist with scheduling and ordering. Monitor labor, food, and other controllable expenses. Assist with inventory, ordering, and cash control procedures. Help identify and develop future leaders. What We Are looking for: Strong leadership and communication skills Previous restaurant leadership experience Ability to coach and motivate the team.
