Job Description:** Avflight Aviation in North Canton, OH -- located at the Akron-Canton Airport -- has multiple full-time and part-time Line Services Technician openings.

General Purpose of Job:

The Line Services Technician position is responsible for providing fuel, oil, hangar and tie-down storage, lavatory service, courtesy car transportation, luggage handling and interior and exterior services to customers and other departments. Additional responsibilities include commercial ramp operations, aircraft cleaning, operations and commissary duties as required.

Must have night, weekend and holiday availability.

Duties:

• [Directs the movement of aircraft and vehicular traffic on the ramp and in and about the shops and hangars of the company's facilities; properly secures all parked aircraft at all times, clean windshields, remove trash, perform lavatory service and check tire pressures as requested]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
• [Drives and services fuel trucks and ground support vehicles, and services aircraft and ground support vehicles with fuel, oil and all other supplies and materials which may be required by the aircraft or vehicle; responsible for operating and filling of fuel trucks; cleaning, servicing, operating and performing minor maintenance to this equipment.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
• [Use safety-related equipment]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""} [and provide de-icing service to aircraft when needed.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
• [Maintain the cleanliness and maintenance of the areas in and about the company's vicinity.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
• [Assists all aircraft crews and passengers by courteously providing services they may require.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
• [Assist with daily fuel farm inspections including performing preloading and quality control inspections.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}

Qualifications:
