Marketing Coordinator

Insight Global is looking to hire a Marketing Coordinator in San Jose, CA. This individual will support a fast-paced OEM marketing team by coordinating marketing campaigns, social media initiatives, content management, and various cross‑functional projects. They will work closely with program managers, marketing specialists, and digital marketing team members to ensure campaigns are executed efficiently and on schedule. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, coordinating meetings and event logistics, handling administrative support tasks, assisting with campaign planning and execution, maintaining source‑of‑truth documentation, tracking deliverables, processing payroll timecards and bookings as needed, and supporting ad hoc marketing initiatives across the organization. This role requires someone who is collaborative, responsive, detail‑oriented, and willing to step in wherever support is needed to help the team achieve business objectives focused on cost efficiency and operational effectiveness. This is a long‑term opportunity with a hybrid schedule. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Must‑Haves 3+ years of experience in marketing coordination, marketing operations, or campaign support Experience supporting physical and digital content including social media content, scheduling, and campaign execution Experience coordinating multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage administrative and marketing‑related tasks NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Portfolio with previous work examples Experience supporting a computer hardware, technology, or OEM marketing team Experience coordinating events, including room blocks, catering, swag, and logistics Exposure to digital marketing campaigns and campaign reporting Experience working with marketing program managers or marketing specialists Knowledge of project management or marketing workflow tools Compensation: $25-$37/hour. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
