Position Overview

The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations, including team leadership, guest satisfaction, financial performance, and compliance with company standards. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a high-volume environment, sets the tone for excellence, and inspires the team to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Assistant Managers and team members to achieve operational excellence.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard top talent, ensuring the right people are in the right roles.
• Model company values by providing exceptional guest service and fostering a positive, respectful work environment.
• Manage administrative tasks including payroll, scheduling, inventory, ordering, and cash handling.
• Monitor and achieve financial goals related to sales, labor, food cost, and overall profitability.
• Enforce safety, sanitation, and security policies to protect guests, employees, and assets.
• Create an engaging work culture where team members feel motivated, valued, and empowered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in a fast casual, quick service, or counter-service environment.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing and mentoring high-performing teams.
• Proven ability to achieve financial results and manage budgets effectively.
• Hands-on, energetic, and adaptable leadership style—ready to step in and support the team during peak volume.
• High level of integrity, honesty, and a genuine passion for delivering an outstanding guest experience.
