Premier multifamily builder is seeking a Superintendent to join its construction team in Charleston, SC. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key leadership role on large-scale, ground-up wood-frame multifamily developments while helping launch multiple new projects.

Description

• Assist in leading field operations on large-scale ground-up multifamily construction projects
• Support the Lead Superintendent in managing daily site activities, schedules, and subcontractors
• Maintain project safety standards and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate subcontractor performance to keep projects on budget and on schedule
• Conduct quality control inspections and oversee workmanship standards
• Collaborate with project management teams to resolve field issues and drive project success
• Participate in project planning, scheduling, and progress reporting
• Help deliver high-end residential communities from groundbreaking through completion

Profile

• Experience as a Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, or No. 2 Superintendent on commercial construction projects
• Proven background working on large-scale ground-up wood-frame multifamily developments
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and site coordination
• Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain productive jobsite operations
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control procedures
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Stable work history with a commitment to delivering successful projects

Job Offer

• Base Salary up to $140K
• Annual Bonus: 15% of base salary (paid quarterly)
• Vehicle Allowance: $700/month
• Total Compensation Potential: Up to $170K
