Mental Health Telehealth Therapist (LCSW or LPC)

Teletherapist (Child, Family, Adult) Full‑time or part‑time (minimum of 7 sessions per week). We are a progressive company providing teletherapy throughout Virginia and beyond. This position is for licensed therapists (LCSW, LPC, LCP) in Virginia (or additional states). We will handle business aspects while you provide clinical care. Job Summary The Teletherapist will provide 45‑60 minute sessions via a HIPAA‑compliant teletherapy platform. Full‑time caseload is approximately 30 sessions per week; part‑time options are available. Responsibilities Provide virtual therapy sessions (45–60 minutes). Complete assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes. Identify and recommend best strategies, techniques, and services. Participate in team collaboration and company growth. Qualifications & Skills Licensed as an LCSW, LPC, or LCP in Virginia; eligible for insurance credentialing. Experience serving diverse populations. Committed to building a caseload and contributing to company growth. High‑speed internet access and dedicated HIPAA‑protected space.
