As a trusted business partner, you will drive outcomes, lead cross-functional teams, drive strategy and contribute to the deep and thoughtful analysis that enables our leadership team to make informed decisions.Responsibilities:Be the subject matter expert on our users and their needs and desires, through customer interviews, product analytics, user feedback sessions, and insight from internal partnersDefine mid-term technology product development roadmap, key features/capabilities, and manage the development cycles with clear schedules, deliverables and milestonesDevelop and monitor metrics to track the success of products and features and inform future iterationsWork with a diverse group of cross-functional teams to ensure creative and continuous improvementsCollaborate across the firm to maintain alignment on vision, strategy, and performance to goals, approaching strategy with an entrepreneurial mindset, leveraging critical thinking to increase the value proposition of assigned products and programsWork closely with Product Management to create and maintain a vision, road-map, growth opportunities, and product backlog according to business value or ROILead the planning of product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities with PI roadmapsProvide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint GoalsSet direction for Agile development teams and stakeholders throughout the project and facilitate requirementsPlan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the productAssess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategyProvide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user storiesResearch and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the productWhat are we looking for?We want strong collaborators who can deliver a world-class client experience. We are looking for people who thrive in a fast-paced environment, are client-focused, team oriented, and are able to execute in a way that encourages creativity and continuous improvement.Requirements:5-7 years experience hands-on experience with business & systems requirements processes5-7 years of product owner experience or relevant business work experience.Bachelor's or in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or other related fields3-5 years experience in a financial services or wealth management industryCore Competencies:Demonstrated experience as Product Lead, Manager or OwnerSuccessfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.Must be comfortable in rapidly changing and sometimes ambiguous work situations.Comfortable working independently, adapting to shifting priorities, demands and timelines in a fast-paced environmentExceptional customer focus with a strong bias for actionDemonstrated problem solving, organizational and time management skillsCollaborative team playerExcellent oral and written communication skillsPreferences:Broker dealer, investment bank, or RIA product experience in financial services environmentMasters Degree preferredExperience in Fintech and/or Financial ServicesPay Range:$109,283.00 - $182,104.00 Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
