Project Manager

We are looking for a motivated Project Manager who takes pride in ensuring every project is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Position Summary The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing residential roofing and exterior projects from installation through completion. This role serves as the primary field representative for the company, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, crews follow company quality and safety standards, materials are properly managed, and homeowners receive an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities Oversee the installation process to ensure projects are completed according to company standards and customer expectations. Coordinate and transport materials to and from job sites as needed. Perform routine on-site inspections to verify installation quality, workmanship, and compliance with safety requirements. Monitor subcontractor crews to ensure proper installation techniques and adherence to company policies. Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the project, providing updates and addressing questions or concerns. Conduct final project inspections to verify all work has been completed correctly and identify any punch list items requiring attention. Coordinate corrective work when necessary to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate project documentation, including inspection notes and completion records. Work closely with production teams, office staff, and subcontractors to ensure projects remain on schedule. Promote a safe work environment by identifying and addressing safety concerns on job sites. Qualifications Previous experience in roofing, construction, or project management preferred. Strong understanding of residential construction practices and quality standards. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to identify workmanship issues and recommend corrective actions. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift and carry materials and work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Comfortable climbing ladders and inspecting roofs safely. Preferred Skills Experience managing subcontractor crews. Knowledge of OSHA safety practices. Problem‑solving mindset with strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
