Job Summary:
Seeking a Sterile Processing Tech to ensure the safe, efficient sterilization and handling of medical instruments within an acute care hospital setting. The technician will support clinical staff by managing instrument preparation and maintaining sterile environments.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and sterilize medical instruments according to hospital protocols.
• Inspect, assemble, and package surgical tools and supplies.
• Maintain sterilization equipment and log sterilization activities.
• Ensure compliance with infection control standards and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure instrument readiness.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Certification in Sterile Processing or Central Service (CBSPD, IAHCSMM).
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of related sterile processing experience.
• Demonstrate knowledge of sterilization techniques and hospital safety standards.
• Maintain current CPR certification (AHA or ARC).
• Be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
