Home Health Aide (HHA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Shifts Available: * Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM We are urgently hiring reliable, compassionate, and experienced HHAs/CNAs for a long-term 24-hour patient case. Care will be provided in the patient’s home or current placement (rehab center or hospital). About the Case This is a long-term, 24-hour case requiring consistent caregivers who can provide safe, dependable, and high-quality personal care. Candidates must be comfortable working independently while following a structured care plan. Responsibilities * Assist with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility * Provide care for a fall-risk patient with close attention to safety * Assist with transfers, repositioning, and mobility * Provide companionship and emotional support * Drive patient to appointments and run errands as needed * Follow the patient’s individualized care plan * Maintain patient privacy, dignity, and comfort at all times * Communicate clearly with the care team regarding any changes or concerns Requirements * Valid HHA Certificate or CNA License (or ability to pass HHA competency test) * Experience with Dementia and Alzheimer’s patients is required * Valid CPR Certification * Negative TB skin test or current chest X-ray * Level 2 Background Clearance * Reliable transportation * Valid Driver’s License with active auto insurance * Ability to work independently and follow care instructions Shift Options * 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Day Shift) Applicants may choose one shift or be considered for both. Travel Requirements Some travel may be required depending on patient location. Must be comfortable driving longer distances.
