Our strong team-first mentality allows us to support one another while maintaining a fun, welcoming atmosphere for both patients and teammates.ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional patient care while building positive, lasting relationshipsPerform dental hygiene procedures, including prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, periodontal maintenance, and preventive servicesComplete thorough patient assessments and document clinical findings accuratelyEducate patients on oral health, home care recommendations, and treatment needsTake and review digital radiographsAssist in identifying and communicating treatment needs alongside the doctorMaintain accurate patient records and treatment notesEnsure compliance with infection control and safety protocolsPartner with clinical and administrative team members to deliver a seamless patient experienceSupport a positive office culture through teamwork, communication, and professionalismQualificationsCurrent South Carolina Dental Hygienist license (or ability to obtain licensure)New graduates are encouraged to applyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsFriendly, personable, and patient-focused approachCoachable mindset with a desire to learn and growAbility to work well in a collaborative, team-oriented environmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to clinical excellenceExperience with Dentrix and iTero is preferred but not requiredLocal anesthesia certification is a plusThe ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working closely with others, values teamwork, and contributes to a positive office culture.
