New Home Sales Consultant

Our client is a custom home builder serving the Tampa Bay area. We are seeking a driven sales professional to help clients design and build their dream homes while generating new business and growing our market presence. This is not a traditional retail sales role. Success in this position comes from building relationships, developing referral networks, identifying opportunities, and guiding buyers through the custom home sales process from initial consultation through contract. This position offers a competitive base salary, uncapped commission, and significant income potential for top performers. Key Responsibilities Generate new business through networking, referrals, realtor relationships, and prospecting activities. Consult with prospective buyers to understand their goals, budget, and vision. Present custom home solutions and guide clients through the sales process. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and referral partners. Maintain an active pipeline and accurate CRM records. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience. Stay informed on local housing market trends and competitive activity Meet or exceed sales and revenue goals. Qualifications, Skills & Experience Proven success in new home sales, custom home sales, homebuilding sales, construction sales, real estate sales, or other high-ticket consultative sales environments. Strong ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close business. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce preferred. Working knowledge of residential construction, floor plans, and blueprint interpretation preferred. Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven. Ability to manage multiple opportunities throughout a longer sales cycle. Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the Tampa Bay area as needed.
