As Member Experience Advocate, you will be responsible for delivering a compassionate and seamless experience by assisting members/providers with detailed inquiries related to benefits, eligibility, and claims. This role focuses on clear communication, active listening, and problem-solving to make processes easy for member/providers while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Advocates serve as trusted resources, helping members/providers navigate their health options and supporting positive outcomes through proactive engagement.

Now hiring October 5th, 2026 start date. Must reside in Minnesota to be eligible for this position. Hiring approximately 22 Member Experience Advocates to support the Provider line of business. Paid training provided to prepare you for success in the role.

Training start date: October 5, 2026

Training schedule: MondayFriday, 8:30 a.m.5:00 p.m. CST

Training duration: Approximately 12 weeks

Schedule after training:

• Rotating 8.5-hour shifts
• MondayFriday between 7:00 a.m.6:00 p.m. CST

100% remote, work-from-home position

• High-speed, land-based internet service is required
• Internet connection must be hard-wired from your router to company-provided equipment

Pay range: $23.00$24.00 per hour, based on experience.

Teleworker role designation definition:

• Teleworking is working full time remote.
• Hybrid is a minimum of 2 days onsite.
• Onsite is full-time onsite.

$21.96 - $25.25 - $28.54 Hourly

Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position, including skills, ability, and knowledge the selected individual is bringing to the specific job.
