See duties below for more specifics. $19.84 to $30.23 per hour Where we're hiring Atlanta, GA Bethesda, MD Chicago, IL New York, NY Philadelphia, PA Seattle, WA Washington, DC What you'll do Provide assistance in developing portions of IT support projects and studies. Assist in resolving software and hardware issues. Utilize a variety of IT system manuals, standard publications and technical material to analyze data and prepare reports. Contribute to planning and providing IT customer support services. Conditions of employment You must be a U.S. Citizen or National to apply for this position. You must possess a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale. You will be subject to a background and suitability investigation. You must sign a Pathways Participant Agreement before starting employment. You must be 16 years old to be employed by the Federal government. Qualifications In order to qualify for the GS-05 , you must meet the following: Completion of a Bachelor's degree, equivalent degree, OR 4 academic years of education above high school that leads to a Bachelor's degree. Four full academic years above high school is defined as 120 credits or 180 quarter hours. In order to qualify for the GS-07 , you must meet the following: Completion of 1 full academic year of graduate-level education. One year of full-time graduate education is the number of credit hours the school has determined to represent 1 year of full-time study. If that information cannot be obtained from the school, 18 semester hours should be considered as satisfying the 1 year of full-time study requirement. Part-time graduate education is creditable in accordance with its relationship to a year of full-time study at the school attended.
