CONTRACT SPECIALIST

Duties

You will plan, develop, and establish the contractual strategy for the overall acquisition program for the given project.

You will review the negotiation strategy, coordinates strategy with negotiation team.

You will provide guidance to personnel engaged in planning and scheduling acquisition actions to ascertain adherence to policies, suitability of recommendations, protection of the Government's interests, practicability of delivery schedules, etc.

You will recommend types of contracts, requirements for special terms, clauses and/or provision, and defines the acquisition plan based on input from PMO personnel and technical end users.
