About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to play a pivotal role in guiding the financial strategy of the institution. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree and CPA certification preferred. A minimum of 5 years' professional experience in financial management within a higher education institution or a related field is required. The role demands a strategic and entrepreneurial financial leader with a strong operational capability, who can connect financial strategy with the institution's mission and student outcomes. The CFO will be expected to have strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience in automated accounting systems, financial reporting tools, and a proven track record of leadership and team collaboration are essential.
