Responsibilities

Identify the exact parts needed by our service technicians to keep customer vehicles running smoothly.

Assist retail customers walking up to the counter by listening to their needs and finding the right components.

Maintain accurate inventory counts and organize stock shipments as they arrive from vendors.

Coordinate with the service department to ensure technicians have what they need before they start a job.

Process special orders and follow up on shipment tracking to keep our clients informed.

Maintain a welcoming and clean counter area that reflects our standards of service.

Requirements

Professional experience in an automotive parts department or similar mechanical environment.

Knowledge of automotive parts catalogs and inventory management systems.

Strong organizational habits for keeping a busy parts area tidy and functional.

Valid driver's license.

Clear communication style for coordinating with service technicians and retail customers.

Familiarity with CDK or similar dealership management software is helpful but not mandatory.
