Facility Housekeeper

We are looking for a dedicated, hard-working Housekeeper to join an established household team at a private residence in the Bluffton area. This is a hands-on position for someone who genuinely enjoys caring for a home and takes pride in cleaning, laundry, organization, and maintaining an exceptionally high standard throughout the residence. This is not a management role. We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, service-minded, and enjoys working collaboratively as part of a professional household team. Responsibilities Perform daily housekeeping duties throughout the residence Make beds, refresh linens, towels, and toiletries, and ensure all guest areas are beautifully presented Complete scheduled deep cleaning projects Maintain cleanliness, organization, and order throughout the home Assist with packing and unpacking as needed Manage family laundry, including delicate garments, ironing, steaming, and the care and storage of couture and other high-end clothing Follow established household systems, routines, and standards Qualifications A proactive attitude and team-oriented mindset Previous experience working in a private residence or luxury hospitality environment Strong work ethic with a hands-on approach to daily responsibilities Exceptional attention to detail and pride in maintaining a beautiful home Ability to work efficiently as part of a household team Professionalism, discretion, and respect for privacy and confidentiality Flexibility to assist with household needs as they arise Experience with residential housekeeping preferred Ability to comfortably perform the physical aspects of the position, including cleaning, lifting, bed-making, and extended periods of standing A positive, service-oriented attitude and the ability to anticipate household needs Location: Bluffton, SC Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Compensation: $35–45 per hour, plus benefits Please visit to view full details and to apply.
